Support
We offer fixed price yearly support contracts. This can be from as little as £150 per computer per year and gives you the following benefits:-
- Helpdesk Support - At first, our helpdesk will attempt to rectify the problem via telephone support.
- On Site Support - If our helpdesk is unable to solve the problem over the phone, an engineer will be despatched as soon as possible to rectify the problem on site.
- Loan PC - In the event of hardware failure a loan PC can be made available
- Software Updates – Optional monthly audits to ensure that all software has the latest security updates.
- Remote Support - In some cases we are able to provide remote desktop support via the internet to solve problems instantly.
- Proactive IT management - Investigate issues that are likely to cause problems and rectify them before they impact your business.
- Backup – Optional daily/weekly/monthly checking of backup logs/files to make sure all your business critical data is being backed up reliably every time.
