Our computer maintenance contract is the perfect answer to keep control of potentially soaring IT costs and maintain a stable and efficient system. For a fixed fee, Unicom engineers are always on hand to resolve any issues with hardware or software. With this sort of peace of mind and predictable costs, it is no wonder that year on year our customaries renew their contracts.
All the hardware in our workstations and servers are covered by at least a 1 year guarantee. Should any component fail, an engineer will visit onsite, to repair the fault. Should it not be possible to carry out an onsite repair, arrangements will be made to ensure that the functions of that particular machine can be carried out elsewhere. If needs be, a temporary replacement machine will be installed.
